It's interesting to me, Gene, that the poem seems to be something outside of you.... This haiku of yours has me contemplating that. Haiku to me seem to rise up inside of some place in my psyche... if lightning strikes it's never on the horizon someplace else.. It's interesting to me the way different people come to haiku, poetry and art. Many thanks for a new way of looking at things.
